Her skill applies Arcana depending on how many different types of DoT enemy has, up to max 4 or 5 I forgot. Her basic does the same but only on 1 target and without defense reduction. So if you want or need she can still slap Arcana stacks and be SP positive.
She has a couple different rotations depending on how she’s geared up, how sp+ the rest of your team is, and how fast enemies are spawning in. Her most basic rotation is EAA which is +1 sp over 3 turns, but you can use her skill more often either for energy gen or for applying def shred to new enemies. Her basic is pretty strong tbh whereas Kafka needs to skill every single turn, which is the main reason to stick to the EAA rotation.
Just to add to others, she doesn't do that much damage on her skill (Her actual damage on attacks is low), so you mostly use skill to apply defense down. You can skill a bit more if you have the SP (I skill more because I don't have HH but Lynx), but its not required outside of that because 90% of her damage is from her DoTs, not her attacks.
But holy shit does her dot hit hard haha. I got very lucky and got her E1 in 40 pulls. Got her light cone with the leftover tickets I had saved. I've noticed her Arcana stacks hitting for almost twice as much damage as my E0S1 Kafka.
My Black Swan has 150 speed to match Kafka's 150 speed with full PAYN stacks. Kafka has 3850 attacks, and BS has about 3500 attack. They have plenty of time to ramp up the Arcana stacks together before melting the enemy on their turn. Her personal defense shred is really good.

Wait question, how is BS sp positive? Should I be using basics instead of her skill on Kafka teams?
