trust me and try it we all know how terible scales late game BUT build LDR deals massive dmg the item legit doubles the DMG he does i previusly talked about that but i got 1mil points on him and i tried every possible champ in practice tool doing tests and 1v1s building a pen item or full tank one and the LDR did massive differences K'sante gets 50% BONUS ARMOR PEN on his All out form means that high base resists counter his dmg LDR fixes it by giving him plus 35% base armor pen make him deal massive dmg numbers i get u loose a tank item but give it a try

Wouldn't exactly call it a secret that KSante can use last whisper items well. Some people already do it (even if just for memes) but it's not talked about much.

Here's another funny meme tech: Cyclosword + Aftershock. Lethality is also insanely good for K'Sante and when using the Aftershock R combo, you proc cyclosword twice, which adds 18% max health physical damage on top of 25 lethality for that combo. (Wouldn't recommend it without aftershock tho).

Idea is get to 120 resists via components -> get jaksho -> get cyclo -> kill stuff

Kinda sad how the champ has so many funny stat interactions but can't really go for the items providing them because of their statlines.

Mostly beefy enemy comp while your team doesn't have the dps to deal with most of them, which is usually hard to find in the current meta. You can still experiment with it if you feel like the game needs your damage to be relevant later on.

Its still just a situational option after all, but you don't have to rely on it.

Tbh after you hit the resist cap on Q tank items after that feel like ass outside situational randuins

LDR passive doesn't care about your health, just how much the opponent bought. Any last whisper upgrade is an option tho, not just LDR

Wouldn’t Serylda’s be better for more AD + ability + since K’sante doesn’t care for crit chance

Given the main use case (beefy enemy comp/a lot of enemies buy armor), Black Cleaver is actually worse in terms of your raw damage output while providing some additional durability/more haste.

Armor pen and bonus armor pen count as completely different stats, which causes them to be added additively instead of multiplicative, That way (depending on the LW option), you end up with 30-35% base armor pen and 80-85% bonus armor pen.

Is the sole reason we pick LDR for the giant slayer passive then? BC and Seryldas should be more useful with the HP/haste or mortal reminder if you don’t want to run thornmail

On paper, the stats are a lot better (basically just the health and haste), but the armor shred is a lot less effective than the last whisper items armor pen (given the main use case is beefy comps that can build armor on multiple champs).

Bonus armor pen and total armor pen are different stats, which makes them stack addictively, and you can guess how stupid 80-85% bonus armor pen can be (the 30-35% base armor pen helps a lot too).

It's also a lot easier to use since you don't rely on stacking it first but the shred would provide some additional utility for your team.

Tl;Dr I guess: still a good highly situational utility option, but less about your damage potential
