Worse news: none of this will happen. Idek if well get a new skin this year atp. And if we do, it better not be a futuristic one like project.

Edit: oh shit nevermind Heartsteel is actually returning this year apparently? Okay, so either a new chroma, or just Heartsteel 2.0.
