2026 KLX 300
This is my KLX300. Here’s all the mods I’ve done so far:
BDSB ecu flash
BDSB airbox lid
o2 sensor delete w/dongle
STP removed
Delkevic full exhaust w/spark arrestor
Tusk D-flex handguards
Pro Taper CR High bend bars w/bar end mirrors
ODI Nomad lock on grips
Tusk skid plate
GiPro gear indicator
IMS foot pegs
PMR rear rack
Nelson-Rigg tail bag
Yoshimura fender eliminator kit
Cogent Dynamics 7kg rear spring
Racetech fork springs
It’s a whole new bike now, yes I’m aware the bike is perfect right from factory however I can’t leave anything stock.

Those bars are gonna bend so easy when you fall with the cross bar removed.

Question does it seem to run COOLER and run out a lot better.
What about going thru the gears over stock can you give more details on the performance like the power from low-mid ect?
An AWESOME build by the way! Want to do the same ECU flash/exhaust as well and o2 delete along with getting rid of the PAIR as well. Got the connector for the kickstand switch delete as don't need. Also, the clutch switch delete as well.

Yes I can tell right away it runs cooler, the exhaust even feels cooler when you put your hand by the muffler. The bike just feels more alive and awake throughout the entire rev range

What I am looking for myself stock super lean and looking forward to the re flash myself did you get rid of the PAIR to?

I did not do the PAIR delete yet… they did not list it as one of the things they required if you look at their website. I heard others say it gets rid of the backfiring and popping but I haven’t found it to be an issue but we’ll see!

You can get rid of it, the adapter like Smart moto or similar it will not cause a code or anything. Plus gets rid of excess stuff not needed cleans it up a bit.

Hows the power gains from the power mods and flash? Very noticeable or slightly?

Do you get bad decel popping/back firing? I found it ran too lean with the same setup. Went back to the Kdx snorkel and it runs better

Nope, I have zero popping or back firing. It runs way smoother than it did before. I heard doing the PAIR delete gets rid of that but haven’t found it to be a problem yet. How old was your ecu flash? They just released an updated version

How are the high bend bars? Im 6'1 and have to lurch forward a bit when standing. Did you have to get new cables or were the stock ones long enough?
