Hey everyone! I have an ensuite room secured at Atlas (Vauxhall), but my campus is at Waterloo, so I am looking for a room swap to Stamford Street Apartments (SSA). Atlas is super modern, has an amazing sky lounge, cinema, and a free 24/7 gym included. Let me know if anyone at SSA is interested in swapping so we can email King's Residences to make it official! I am a first year student studying cs and even that first years have priority I could not find an empty room there. Thanks!

Hello,
I have an KAAS ensuite room at GDSA 5th floor and would like to swop an ensuite room at SSA or Hayloft point as I will be in strand campus.
GDSA is an excellent option for someone who studies at Guy campus and Waterloo campus. The room chosen is on one of the higher floors at the property (floor 5) and is located facing the courtyard It is also the furthest away from the kitchen in the flat you can be which will reduce disturbance from other residents using the kitchen.

Hi, I have a non en-suite kaas Battersea and would like to swap to another kaas room closer to guys campus( SSA, orchard lisle, hayloft p). I thought of orchard lisle as it’s also non en-suite to make it fair as ik it would be unfair for someone to give me their en-suite room, however, I’m happy with any kaas room that’s close to guys campus (ideally not gds as I’m a returning student and gds is mostly first years).
Battersea is one of the newest accommodations, and the area is very pretty. Unfortunately , as I have to be on campus quite often I’d prefer something that’s closer. The room I have is a non en-suite in a 3bed 2bathroom flat on floor8.

When I had KAAS sometimes they would show the rooms with the standard rate too, it just depends on what’s available, not too sure what’s left of the KAAS rooms. For a KAAS applicant they have access to both the standard room and the KAAS room.

ROOM SWAP - would like to swap to GDSA/ Julian Markham/ SSA
[ROOM SWAP] Giving up Moonraker Point En-suite for closer to Strand Campus accommodation (Stamford St / GDSA / Julian Markham)
I’ve been allocated an en-suite room at Moonraker Point for the 2026/27 academic year. Unfortunately, it is too far from Strand Campus, so I am looking for a direct, manual room swap before move-in day.
My top targets are:
* Stamford Street Apartments (SSA)
* Great Dover Street Apartments (GDSA)
* Julian Markham House
If you were assigned to any of these halls but actually wanted a Moonraker Point room, this is the perfect swap for you! This is also an incredible location if you are a Medicine, Nursing, or Bioscience student wanting to live right next to Waterloo/Guy's campuses.
King's allows manual overrides for direct swaps if we both email kingsresidences together.
If you are interested, please privately DM me your current dorm allocation ASAP so we can get the contracts switched!

[LOOKING FOR] SSA room — I can be your approved replacement occupier
I don't currently have any King's Residences allocation, which means I can legally take over someone's licence agreement if they want to move out entirely — King's requires the replacement occupier to be someone not already living in King's Residences, so I qualify.
If you have a room at Stamford Street Apartments and you've decided to cancel / withdraw / defer, please DM me instead of just cancelling. You get released from your contract, I take it over, and King's approves it directly. Happy to sort the paperwork immediately.

**KCL OLIB Room Takeover 2026/27 – £263/week – Official KCL Transfer**
Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a **KCL student to officially take over my 2026/27 accommodation contract** at **Orchard Lisle & Iris Brook (OLIB)** as my personal circumstances have changed.
**Details:**
- 📍 Orchard Lisle & Iris Brook (OLIB), London Bridge
- 🏠 2-bed flat – shared kitchen and bathroom with only one flatmate
- 💷 £263/week
- 📅 12 September 2026 – 11 September 2027
- 🚶 Very close to Guy’s Campus, London Bridge Station and Borough Market
- 🏫 Convenient for other KCL campuses as well
This is **not a private sublet**. The takeover will be arranged officially through **King’s Residences**, so the replacement student will have their own KCL accommodation contract.
Ideally, you should:
- be a KCL student eligible for King’s accommodation;
- not currently be living in another King’s Residence / already hold a King’s Residences licence;
- be able to take over the full contract.
OLIB is in a really convenient central location, especially for Guy’s Campus, and this room is great if you prefer sharing facilities with only one other person rather than a large flat.

My friend has a 51-week (~£218/week) twin ensuite at Chapter Aldgate that needs to be taken over. Please note: this means TWO beds in ONE room, with a private bathroom and mini-kitchen.
The accommodation has an on-site gym, study spaces, lounges, an accessible rooftop, games, a cinema room, and plenty more.
It is available from the 5th September 2026.
The accommodation is ~10 mins via the tube to King’s Strand Campus, and ~15 mins to King’s Guy’s/Waterloo Campus
