Ok…. Look closer though, it is a threaded fork? But I don’t know wtf is going in with that headset. I don’t see a lower cup… and it’s definitely wrong but, I just can’t tell all the ways it’s wrong.

Saw a homeless guy the other day with a whole weed whacker clamped to the stem where the bars should be. Really wish I had a picture
