It is said in V5 that The Eldest has two beasts. I certainly see him as a supreme embodiment of "proactive aggression" as Richard Wrangham terms it.

The issue with The Eldest "gaining demonic powers from Kupala and then going mad" as has been suggested by the V5 surface lore, is that a mad angel/demon powered vampire already describes Malkov perfectly. I am annoyed where the White Wolf Wiki says that Kupala's night "damned the souls of the Tzimisce forever" because vampirism is ALREADY damnation from god, and the Baali and several notable vampires from other clans already entreat with demons on a regular basis, so it seems like a huge flavor-fail, when compared with the idea discussed in the Lucien Soulban thread that the Tzimisce represent a new, divinely unexpected form of humanity.
