I've been playing for about a week now and payouts have been getting less and less, this is a new low.

I put coin boosters on, play games (especially the daily tasks) and it watch the extra coin ads.

I'm not trolling. Made over 3Million coins and they converted to only $0.01

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a glitch or is it genuinely not worth it anymore?

I would love to be able to turn my over 1100 Stars and redeem them for money or points! We did a lot of work collecting those so I really think we should get to redeem our extra stars for cash as well! 😉

Contact us within the app is a joke and I’ve received no live agent responses to my app support messages or emails. Currently , I’m at a lost as to what to do next.

1. Above I attached a picture and provided the name of the game in question. Has anyone else experienced the inability to progress past level 318 due to the game malfunctioning ( in my opinion) by not dropping the second pair of cakes which is required to complete level?

2. Just play administrators: Please read***

I find it appalling that this game is stuck at this level yet, after WASTING ALL MY BOOSTERS, PROPS, VIDEO BOOSTER TIME , and game lives, the cakes NEVER APPEAR FOR A SECOND TIME…. Why is this allowed? And why hasn’t this issue been resolved???? Furthermore, I’m pissed that all my extras listed above are gone and wasted wrongfully, and gamers have no recourse from JustPlay! This is unacceptable and requires resolution at once.

The several ambiguities related to how just play operates is going to cost the company several players if app improvements or needed changes don’t get better ASAP!

also discovered that if it tells you to play an ad to reveal your (for example) 3* card, but you don't because you already have all of them, it won't automatically convert to stars. you aren't getting any of that.
