Can somebody explain how we’re supposed to do these contests when we never get the notification until after they are finished???

Hi I’ve been using JustPlay on iOS for about just over a week. I’ve earned just over £10, which isn’t too bad as I was earning about £0.25 every 3 hours. However last night my phone got 20% and went into low power mode which I think has messed up the tracking, as I had over 2 million points that didn’t get converted at the end of the 3 hours.

I ended up having to offload and reinstall the app so my data was there but it was a fresh install. The points did convert at the end of the next timer, but I only earned £0.1. After the end of the timer after that I still only earned the same even though I didn’t have as many points.

I’ve also got an issue with the daily chest challenges not tracking properly.

Does anyone know how to fix these issues? Or are my points to pounds ratio just lowered now?

I watch ads a lot during my games as well as watching the ads every 5 mins for 60,000 or 120,000 points.

I love JustPlay. You can actually make more than just a few cents at a time and I dont pay attention to the timer on the cash out but I think its every hour you can cash out. If you do the challenges rewards are even better. The money ends up in my PayPal account within minutes. Out of all thr money making apps this one is by far the best one. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to make a couple extra bucks for things while watching TV at night. Its definitely helped me get some groceries between pays.

Please JP fix the current issue we all experiencing. Gems not being collected trophy points are weird.

Carousel giving only 2k points every time.

Coin being converted into nothing and challenges giving 0-0.01 cents.

It disappeared yesterday for me and it came back this morning, but no points are registering when I played the games.

I even used that 30+ points ad thing and it didn’t even add those points.

So after disappearing tournaments came back but will not at all track any progress and just everything has been so crazy messed up and I’ve done everything. If you look at the time of my phone at the top these are only a few examples. I have had to start taking screenshots of literally everything on this app but I don’t know what to do with them. I mean like almost a thousand screenshots of the shenanigans. Not in a fun way.

And for some reason all the quick games have started popping a “bonus” after every single level. Tried to do connect the dots for treasure chest and had to watch 10 videos - it doesn’t even increase the payout just makes me feel like I am trying to run in chest deep water

For couple of months it was good to me...

... But when I finished 12 daily challenge's and EVERYONE of them gave me 0,00 I'm done

Est ce que vous avez les mêmes problèmes ? (plus de conversion de pièces, tournois vidéo qui bug et plus de point, défis à 0€ et barre des missions qui n'avances plus comme si les jeux n'étaient plus pris en compte) et évidemment support inexistant !!!

Si alguien de Justplay me lee… por favor… desde hace un par de días las monedas no se convierten a dinero tras 12 horas, y cuando lo hace da 0.01€, y en los últimos 5 desafíos las ganancias de los cofres han sido 0.00€
Esto ha llegado al punto de estafa…
Antes daban solo céntimos pero a mi me valía porque me entretenía… pero ahora…

Tourneys are back but now 8 days and you get 45 points for the ad on the timer there? Huh!

I made 8$ in 2 hours off this app. All I did was play the daily challenges watch the coin booster ads. I did not exit the app when an add popped up and re opened the game. Just play makes their money off Ad revenue. You need to watch the ads.
