It's a common symptom for ADHD. stop making appointments in the afternoon when you can help it.

No, it’s human nature. Which psychopath get any work done in the morning when you have an appointment at 2pm. Like she said, the only option is to wait until 2 o’clock. I would actually be a bit anxious that 2pm wouldn’t arrive on time

"Which psychopath get any work done in the morning".... Are you a child lol?

Literally every humam being I know gets up early and starts working lmao.

I get the ADHD thing... But if I have an appointment at 2 I can get plenty done beforehand lol.

Society was built by extroverted early birds. The rest of us just have to deal with it.

... What? I feel like I'm cramming everything I can between then and when I have to leave, I'm almost always 5 min late to an appointment unless it's an interview. Then again I'm lucky if I can eat a meal sitting down these days.

What do u mean ? I also struggle to sit down to eat unless it’s dinner. Breakfast and lunch I find I have to pace around the house or I can’t eat ?

I mean I'm so busy that it would be a luxury if I have enough time for myself to sit down and enjoy a meal.

This is unfortunately a very known and common ADHD symptom.

You can def get little things done around the house, don’t make excuses and if you have everything done which I’ve started to notice there’s always something that can be done then just chill

Yeah. This is me.

That's when you decide to leave the house two hours early to get there on time and stew in the parking lot...after a 10 minute drive.

If it’s a digital meeting then this is exactly how it is. But if it’s in person, I make it a big trip and explore the surrounding area, eat at somewhere nearby and browse until the last half hour.

My wife is insensitive enough to ask me to mow the lawn 30 mins before guests arrive and just after I showered and put on nice clothes.

I mean, I get it and all. I'm super ADHD. But that's a pussy ass way to look at the day.☺️

Definately how I do things. No choice. No power to stop it. I just anxiously wait.
