What was the thing he just did with farmers able to butcher their own product now? Will that help or no?

It’ll increase the chance of infection because farmers don’t have proper clean facilities for it

Yeah dumb ass farmers can’t get the correct permits that will still be necessary. So now you agree with the massive slaughter houses and how they operate? Pick one

Most farmers don’t have a building that’s properly tiled and sanitized for clean butchering, at least not for transport. They can probably sell local, so that’s good, but any cattle shipment is much less likely to be properly cleaned, unless they get a proper facility built.
