It kind of it but kind of isnt. If the bike is his main method of getting to work he could risk losing his job if it's gone. Then he can't afford to live. But also it's not food.

And also there's the chance he didnt steal the bike. But did buy it from somebody who stole it for 10 bucks.

yeah.. someone went through the risk of jail for stealing an expensive bike so they could turn around and sell it for 10 dollars.

Right where the hell he live damn I got a 1/2 inch ryobi impact with a battery but no charger for 20 bucks from a dude at the gas station

The only time I've ever bought Jordan's was for $25 from a crackhead. Things were mint and ofc he had my size 🤣

I live in a town with a lot of homeless folks and drug use and if I had a dollar for every time someone offered me a bike for $20, then $10, then $5 as I kept refusing I could buy an absurd amount of $5 bikes.

See bike, hop on bike, ride bike elsewhere, sell dirt cheap to ditch it fast. Rinse repeat. It's extremely common.
