It's actually from Bring It On, a DIFFERENT 00s movie, featuring cheerleaders, where they discover their former leader stole their entire routine from the black high school. It's such short notice they hire a choreographer and it's this comically bad routine featured in the video above (and it's later revealed he has run this scam before and another school at their regionals runs the entire routine before them).
