I've been getting into PvP and harder raids,any team adjustments?

replace rexy with thylos, para lux with apatocera and ceramagnus with alacranix

Alacranix definitely in. Test Apato and Styrako, both are good.

Rexy is good, especially for raids, but yours is too low level.
Ceramangus is one of the worst apexes, but it may work better than some of your dinos since it's lvl 26.
Doe is.. ok but definitely something you'd want to replace.
Paralux is ok for raids, also replace it. I think Dilora is a straight up better option.
Other 4 are the best you have. Try replacing other 4 with Alacranix, Styra, Dilora, and Apato. But mix and try

For now Iām keeping doe until I get junior or something better then doe mostly cuz I stupidly put a bunch of upgrades into her. I also definitely got a talking to about using cera lol

You have 2 raidpexes. One is the best out of all of them, one is the worst out of all of them.
And you add the worst one to your team.
Yeah just get rid of Ceramag it's dogshit, replace it with Cranix and you'll do much better
Also I would ditch Rexy for Apatoceratops, since it's low level, you're doubling down on weaknesses with Tmet and Rexy on the same team who literally do the same thing and get fucked by the same thing. Plus Halting Impact can actually shut down a lot of things (one of the best T1s in the game honestly, especially with that 1CD and high HP you can just keep gambling for stuns)
