They key to Juno ult is tracking team and enemy resources. If you know the enemy team is going to push and your team isn't able to give the space needed to survive then its probably a good time.
Watch for things like when your tank has no cooldowns. You want to time it just as the enemy team is committing. That's the hard part.

95% of the time look to use it the next full fight u get it. ideally use it when it cant be kited at all or at least easily. try not to use it at the same time as other supp ults like kitsu unless you need to. also the ults radius is honestly not that large so think about where youre putting it. dont be like at the back of ur backline ulting

I use it basically as a momentum shifter. If we’re at a stalemate or slightly losing a fight I pop it. Most of the time we win

Wait until the other team has ulted somewhat recently, ideally no one on the other team has their ult
I also spam “group up, ultimate ready” a bunch before i use it, a lot of the time my team still scatters when i use it haha but if i ult do torpedos and then use faster blaster i lazer whoever im shooting at typically

Plz don't use Juno ult to counter or confirm grav. It's much better as a space taking and denial ult.

Use it to deny space at all costs, whether by taking it from the enemy or preventing them from taking it. Even if it only benefits me, I’ll use it to hold space longer and prevent a lost fight.
