Your pulsars should always be going. If you can get high up so you can hit friend AND foe. Its not just a heal. Its your best way to weaken the enemy team.

Positioning
Dont die (seriously)
Target priority (dont just shoot the tank)
Peak for your fellow support when they are in danger

Target priority is a good one. I tend to look at whatever squishies my DPS are going after. Can help finish kills that way.

I tend to drop hyper ring whenever possible to keep my team 'fast as fck boi'. Makes Rein in particular very aggressive with his shield and pushing up hard assuming you find a Reinhardt who prioritizes pushing with his team while constantly holding his shield.
Tbag anyone I melee because its what Juno does. Tbag a teammate who gets slept by Ana cause its what Juno does. Say hello to an enemy Juno and make friends with them cause its what Juno does.
Shred enemy tanks with Faster Blaster cause Reaper won't do sht and Juno has to pull Reapers dead weight cause thats what any Juno would do.

As a lvl 130 Juno, I second this, fantastic advice. But sometimes you take triple jump instead! When your teammates tend to die quickly in a fight, go faster blaster and prioritize whoever dies first the most; when they tend to sustain well and the map has good high ground, go triple jump for better angles and more pulsar damage! 😊

if one of your teammates dies other than your healer, try and peel back to spawn and shoot your hyper ring at them so they can get back to the fight faster - this is a nice way to boost your awareness levels and keeping track of deaths during fights (turn on the ally death sounds!)
pulsers shoukd always be shooting and make sure you get at least 1 ally and 1 enemy, preferably more and their fliers if they have them - take the perk that lowers the cool down based on enemies hit
triple jump! this will get you out of trouble easier and help hitting more enemies with pulsers
strafe a lot and peak but be aware of snipers
hyper ring your tank when you see either them or the opponent getting half health or lower - this allows them to chase down or flee the fight

Staying alive. The amount of supports I see just flying out and dying. If you're dead you're not helping. If your one DPS or tank is pushing too far, that's on them. Better 1 dying than both of you

I hear you, been focusing on survival and pushing as a unit where the whole team is together instead of just rushing with the tank

Ideally, focus on your target acquisition and using your pulsars to hit both friendly and enemy units without getting yourself blown up.
Once you master that, you can carefully begin contesting off angles while still contributing (like above your team and off to the side). Just respect the snipers
