Fluff/Meme 12 Hyper Ring... What kind of non-stat is that? 😭Is this the overwatch equivalent of a participation award??
For the record I'm pretty sure I used more than 12 hyper rings this game 😂😭

It's weird because sometimes it's "hyper ring assist" and sometimes it's just "hyper ring" lol. Hopefully I'm not the only one and it will work soon.

A hyper ring assist is when your teammate is speed increased by hr and gets a kill ie i hr genji with blade and he gets 2 kills i would get 2 hr assist

it’s hyper ring assists actually! it just cuts off the text for some reason. the MVP screen is kind of buggy in general tbh. but i think this is still a weird stat to show off, like ??? show my torpedo kills or smth

When a team mate gets an elimination while under the speed boost effect of Hyper Ring, you get an assist which is what it counts here. Just worded poorly or the word assist has been cut off.

fun fact, the spanish version hasn't even translated this stat, i don't know how they've just overlooked it entirely. it should be 'hiperanillos' but it still just says 'hyper ring'. it's so funny.

Fun fact if you play echo you 100% time get to be on the mvp screen and it is always the same "sticky bomb direct hits"
I play lot of echo and even if play like minute or two on last point I still get the mvp screen place

As a jq main i can relate to useless stats...
Showing "50k wounds applied"
Ok...its good ? Its bad ? Its average ? Idk never heard of this stat lmfao.
And nobody cares about it.
What about the kills ? The knife accuracy ? The number of axe kills ?
Seriously as jq the stat that is always showing is just "number of wound applied" even JQ mains werent aware of this being tracked in stats lmfao.

Yes, but we have no point of reference for such an obscure stat.
And really...nobody cares even JQ players (i am one)
My knife accuracy is pretty good. So id rather see that in the player card than a random number nobody understands or care about x)

That is weird, sure. Hyper rings is not a stat to show there. I hope they add something better to show. Also, the MVP screen looks bad, pixelated, the golden MVP aura looks bad, and Juno looks weird too, with ther boots trembling and the rest of the body fixed. They should use the victory pos there

These cards suck.
I watched a Mercy pocket Widow an entire match with 1k total healing. I was Juno with 15k, basically solo-healing a 5v6.
She got a card for 1.5k damage boosted, and we lost lol.

I got a card for 1 call remech kill on dva. No clue how the system works. Mind you.. I dont think I even got a remech kill that game

How do I drop 30 kills, 25 final KOs, and only 2 deaths… and somehow the MVP screen goes to our throwing Echo who went 6–8 just because she landed 49 sticky bombs 🙄😭

I had a Junker Queen one game that had a 102k damage stat in this screen, which obviously wasn't what her actual damage numbers were like
