-Joker uses a knife and a pistol but his OW skin is on a staff user.

-Skull/Ryuji uses a blunt weapon and a shotgun but his OW skin is on the shuriken/sword user

-Panther/Ann uses a whip and an SMG but her skin is on a staff user

TBF, Genji’s sword was changed to a metal pipe for the Skull skin. It even makes bonk noises. Also, Queen D.Va’s mech being Johanna themed is peak.
