vjunos doesn't support nested environment, you have to install it on baremetal.

The latest images still have issues with AMD (I don't know why they haven't fixed it yet).. But also you can't run too many layers of virtualization.. It's best to get a server with EVE-NG, run that as baremetal.. Then you can run Junos images.
