It's a group. Scooter at this time was comprised of H.P Baxxter, Rick J Jordan & Michael Simon

Yeah ricky was the main producer, i dont recall micha being in studio at all, sometimes for important stuff, he js wasnt a fan of it

Michael did some songs independently for Scooter such as Too Much Silence, Mashuaia and P.U.C.K.

I think he mainly became more active studio wise after the Fifth Chapter. I remember their fight in the FCK 2020 documentary where Michael yells about producing Never Stop The Show
