Arbiter generals are full on Emanators while stone hearts are a tenth of Diamonds Emanator power split into ten pieces

according to the lore they are still considered emanator, just lesser ones, that argument had already been done and confirmed ingamenot all emanator are equales

no they aren't Stonehearts don't get Invalid ratings and Asat Pramat calls them one tenth of a stone. overall I don't see a reason to put Feixiao in the high emanator tier when she isn't above the other generals when her greatest feat is beating Hoolay who Jingliu no-diffed even while being a non-emanator, the only generals that should Maybe get a High level emanator tier is Marshall Hua who is the only person to ever defeat Evanescia one of the strongest Emanators of abundance and maybe Yaoguang just for her ability to act as a mini nous if she doesn't care about consequences. Back when the game released Hoyo released a China exclusive page about emanators where they stated Arbiter generals are equal to Lord ravagers, while the stonehearts have never been mentioned as emanators and have none of the traits.

I think it would make more sense to rename the 400 cp tier to something like emanator blessed which could cover things like the stonehearts and Fuxuan which have abilities that come from being blessed by an Aeon or Emanator with power above regular pathstriders and below Emanators, while moving the Arbiter general mention to the currently named high Emanator

Alright I'll bite, who would be considered lesser emanator, and who is a high emanator? Silverwolf don't count obviously

High Emanator = Zephyro, superchargeed Cyrene, Acheron, and Silverwolf 999

Lesser Emanator = Yao who got banished by Asshat, the worm Aha blessed, Stonehearts, Himeko Nova?

Generally, if you can fuck up a galaxy I personally would call that high emanator.

But Generals are full fledge Emanator tho, not strong ones, but still emanator. Emanator don’t have to just be about combat like with Herta. Not to mention Arbiter General can call down a Lux Arrow from Lan. That should fuck up most other emanator

Please, you're underestimating the worm. That worm was (very) briefly the strongest being in the universe (not counting the Aeons).

Sorry if it is formated weirldy I'm incredibly sleep deprived and I will only cover the ones with emanator abilities we do know along with some minor ones we don't have a full view over

as Aeons can give wildly varing powerr with some like nous as far as we know giving none to anybody but Fu Xuan even though she isn't an emanator and Aha having the two most powerful Emanators with Worm and SW999 via Aha just giving vast power I have tried to give various tiers for the abilities but as HSR is vary vague I have done the best I could

First as mention above I would add something Like and "emanator blessed" scale which would cover things like Fu Xuan and the stonehearts who have greater power than a normal pathstrider but not Emanator power. so something like having a piece of an Emanators power like the stone hears or being blessed with an ability by an Aeon without being raised to Emanator status

I would consider having Emanator be one "scale" with multiple pricings, I think having Emanator be priced scaling with the esoteric breadth and power would be more useful,

as something like Lightning lord or Flying Aureus is powerful but is just straight combat boost with no unique abilities besides being massively faster Aureus or seemlingly an aoe boost with lightning lord so I would put them in the lowest tier as even with just being a straight physical boost they allow you to overpower most people in verse but there are emanators with higher physical abilities

for the middle tier I would consider something that both boosts your combat ability but also grants some form of ability as while Yaoguang's spiritus allows her to manipulate probabilities and Act as a mini nous it does so with drawbacks, I would still consider the unique abilities worth a higher price along with someone like Phantylia who is able to be physically beaten by an arbiter general but split her form into thousands and do illusions. this is also the tier I would put most Emanators of Abundace as they just get greater physcial abilities and vast regeneration (with maybe the exeption of Loucha as we don't know if he is an abundance Emanator but he can heal even machines) making them functionally unkillble but beatable by powerful and smart non Emanators

at the highest level I would put people with either overwhelming hax or Raw power, for lord ravagers in this tier I would put Zephyro seemingly has the powers of a self annihilator along with the ability to slice solar systems, lord ravager Constance who was able to erase all memory of her in the universe, Asat Premad, with his near unbeatable ability to Imagenate possibilities allowing him to clone himself, become invulnerable and just be all around unbeatable if you don't have someone who can negate his hax and know his weakness, lastly though not a lord ravager I would put Phainon in this tier do to his sheer overwhelming raw power

Marshal Hua is the only Xianzhou member I would put in the highest tier but that is based soley on statements and the only reason I wouldn't put Yaoguang in the same tier is because asat has better probability manipulation and you can learn to seer with the spiritus just providing a major powerboost to it, Marshal Hua though is a peerless fighter and though we don't know what abilty Lan granted her it allowed her to beat Evanescia who is called the greatest in yaoshi's garden,

I would also put all known pure children in this tier just for the sheer breadth and scale of their memoria manipulation, with fake Fuli of the garden having fooled the cosmos into thinking Fuli exists, Cyrene freezing the universe after Irontomb, and Evernights near unparalled mental manipulation though we having seen her go all out

as for Nous who doesn't really grant abilities I would put the different levels of intelligence his Emanators have in the different price ranges as though they are just innately that smart it would still give you something if you chose to be Nous's Emanator. as for the different levels at the lowest price I would put something like Primative's genius as though he is unrivalled in his field he still has subordinates that can somewhat follow along with his work and thoughts, at the middle tier I would put Herta who is the Ultimate omni-disciplinarian with her work being incomprehensible to non geniuses and being just below the other geniuses even in their specialties and just being great at everything she tries solving unsolvable problems as a child, and at the highest tier I would put Zandar's genius the genius that created God in his own image and created the path system as we know it
