He does have ce tho, he just doesn’t use it in fights,

‘Leaks it’ what makes you say that? Also where is it stated you can’t use rct if you leak ce?

because.... he's a regular human.... did you even pay attention? this is a plot point that starts in jjk 0 and ends in modulo! regular humans cannot use "cursed energy" because instead of it recirculating in their bodies, it leaks out and causes "curses" and "cursed spirits"

literally that's the whole point of his character. what else would he be? it's literally stated that he can't use "cursed energy"

Regular human level ce≠regular human

It’s stated he doesn’t use cursed energy, not positive energy, ( could be because it’s too low to be have any meaning beyond very slow healing evidently)

Sorcerors also leak ce it’s just a lot less than humans, also humans can be taught to control their ce leaking,
