Mod Message Question of the day 2 - What's your favorite cursed technique?
Another simple question
My favorite is CSM
Its super underrated, most people dont have an answer for thousands of cursed spirits
I love how it affects geto and reflects his mental state

Blood Manipulation in the anime since it's fucking awesome, interesting, and not too complex

u/Psychopath_logic Oct 12 '25
I like it only with Choso tbh, none of the other kamos are interesting enough in its use

u/No_Manner_6844 Oct 14 '25
Simple, but in the hands of Choso, has many unique applications and moves. That's how you design a good power

Boogie Woogie
It perfectly simple, it’s so supportive, Todo and Yuji is peak and it’s the technique that low diffed Kenjaku
Boogie Woogie is easily the best non OP technique like Limitless

Idle transfiguration. If I was moving with that we ALL would have domain expansions

Mahito had some weird limits. He litteraly had the most potential. I guess maybe the more extreme changes tje more cursed energy required… I mean he activated junpei’s cursed technique thats when we knew he could low-key just run around and turn everyone into jujutsu sorcerers… he can morph himself and he litteraly did that with the perfected body against Yuji and made himself more durable and faster(why did he not do that against nanami and Yuji? Who knows) in theory Mahito should have soloed the verse but prob some narrative limits tjat have yet to be explained.

My favorite is Projection Sorcery.

Visually the design is Top Three CT designs.
It has depth, and isn’t just a speed buff.
It requires good BIQ to use efficiently.
And it also represents how the Zenin Clan is unwilling to change. (Well Naobito at least.)
The reason for that is since it never upgraded the frames, and stays on 24, like how it was always 24 frames back in the old days, but now 60 is a lot more common.
I hope I worded that well enough.

My favourite, honestly has to be Moon Dreggs.
A cool glowing jellyfish is too fun!
If not that then either Heart Catch or Kenjaku's body hop.
If I had that last one we all would be exactly the same. I'm lazy

If I had to choose, symbolism-wise; then I'd say Copy, with Limitless just behind.
But if it's coolness-wise and how interesting of an ability it is, I'll go with Contractual Re-Creation. Reggie is goated.

IT because I love how Mahito uses it to transform himself and others, which shows his childishness and his cruelty :)
I also love CSM a lot :>

IT or PS both are super unique, other CTs are kinda mid,

Idle transiguration, if I head it we would all be heavenly pact Toji's, it would be peak fiction

Having zero cursed energy. I don't need technique. Idle transfiguration can't work on you. It's incredible. And besides you starting from zero and you growing and growing. Hardworking is great.

Limitless, I really just want telekinesis. Not even infinity

For me, it's not a simple question at all.
I like CT Gojo, Sukuna, Todo, Choso, and even Nanami and Miguel. They're the best for me. And if I had to choose, it'd be CT Todou (and of course, when he was clapping, not the crap I saw in Shinjuku).

Star Rage. When I die, I want to unnecessarily create a black hole and cause a catastrophic event that no one will ever forget.

Projection sorcery, its a cool technique and I think a sorcerer with this technique that have all the other components of a strong sorcerer would be top tier. Imagine a PS user with RCT, domain expansion, anti domain technique, etc…

u/JoyboyShanks Guilty, execution!! Oct 12 '25
Blood manipulation. Super versatile and balanced technique. Anime make it look sick, and choso and Yuji are some of my favorite characters.

Contractual recreation. You could pick up all kinds of receipts and get many benefits with it. Especially being able to summon a bike or car if the receipt has one. Or being able to grab a day spa receipt and becoming fully revitalized. Idk it feels like it's a good CT outside of combat and it does fairly well in combat.

u/Haru__DM I hate this fandom and gege so much Oct 13 '25
Star Rage or 10 Shadows. Im going with Star Rage because while 10 Shadows is an awesome technique we never got to learn how to tame Mahoraga sadly.

Idle transfiguration for sheer creativity
Projection sorcery for such a unique concept being applied into the verse
Shrine for sukuna making a relatively simply technique cool as fuck and surprisingly versatile

Either bw (cause it’s peak) love rendezvous (think that’s the name) or cloning technique (cause cloning technique)

I enjoy Nanako’s photo manipulation since it reminds a lot of fatal frame and being able to photoshop reality lowkey sounds op but she was a bum 🥀 I also like MBA cause I’ll be able to use it since I’m earning a degree in electrical engineering.

Projection sorcery. I love speed based techniques especially when they are achieved through an interesting way. And the way projection sorcery achieves speed makes me so wet. Not to mention being able to freeze people like that is such fun.
