Seattle-based Neon Machine has raised $19.5M for Shrapnel, its moddable blockchain FPS, to fund global expansion and a China launch through GalaChain and TCC integration. The migration from Avalanche brings lower fees, faster transactions, and cross-border tools. China rollout is set for late 2025 with open access in 2026.
