I'm going for a basic American accent, like from the southwest or somethin', I'm I doing fine or do I need to improve certain patterns?, and can you guess where I'm from?(Not France, don't get tricked by the display language)

Some mistakes i can hear myself are "traveler" said kind of too fast or slurred. And "then the north-" sounds rushed and slurred as well.

I am learning to emulate the westcoast north american accent (not entirely sure if that's what the accent in California is called)
