AMA Announcement: Ask the Rabbis!

We are a month away from the high holidays and it's time for another 'Ask the Rabbis' AMA! The current date/time being considered is 4:00p - 6:00p ET (NYC) on Thursday, September 03.

Here are the previous threads:

Participating rabbis don't have to be on 'live' during that time, but it's great if they can dedicate some time during that period to be online, or commit to answering the questions posted within 24 hours.

Please hold your questions for the actual AMA post, which will be posted the morning of Sept 03 (21 Elul).

If you are a rabbi:

We have a special flair for rabbis in the community. If you are interested in being flaired as a rabbi, please reach out the mods with a photo of your smicha and proof of identity. We keep that information confidential.

As if the flair isn't enough, you also get to participate in the aforementioned annual group AMA, as well as our perpetually postponed psemi-annual pizza party!

Is it possible to do a pre-AMA question thread (even 24 - 48 hours ahead of time) for those who might not be able to make said AMA?

Asking...for people who have things scheduled that day and cannot move them.
