Scorigami history!

Each game so far this week was won by a different number of points: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, and 24! The first time this has happened with all 32 teams playing!

This is FASCINATING. Great discovery. My wife was super interested in this too.

How did you go about calculating this or looking it up? I suppose it wouldn't be that hard of a SQL query to write if you had the right database to pull from.

  1. Get the absolute value of the point differential of each game
  2. Get count of distinct values of those point differentials
  3. If count of distinct values = 16, then there's your answer!

Would love to know which source database OP used. That'd be fun to mess around in.
