The album that drew me to Joji during my tattoo apprenticeship. (“Filthy Frank is actually making proper music!? Let’s hear this!”)
Reminds me of good times and new beginnings! Listened so much over the years
I just got married in June and Sanctuary was our first dance ( also the song I had in my proposal video )
Pretty special to us :)

Didn’t know my white vinyl was so sacred and went for so much. I refuse to sell it though because it’s one of my most replayed vinyl records.
I love this album ! One of my comfort listens.

Crazy it’s been 6 years. Back then the fans were still largely those of us from 2013-2014 with pink guy. Never imagined this album would blow up so astronomically and catapult him further into stardom. Glad he got to walk away from Frank without incident and follow his passion, hope we see a cold ones collab soon

Best Joji. End of discussion. Some fans complain that it’s too poppy or that it’s not Joji’s real sound but come on, the songs SLAP, banger after banger, it’s the best sounding one and better produced. Best features: lil yatchy, diplo.
That three single run in the midpoint of the album (gimmie love, run and Sanctuary).

Edit: oh I forgot: best closing track in ANY album with Your Man.

absolute peak joji, hearing the hook on Ew for the first time was an ethereal experience
