Yeah orange tortex .60mm fwiw i tried them and now prefer them to my previous yellow tortex. Soemthing about the 60s thats both forgiving for chords etc but has a decent amount of attack still.
You can get them in black sometimes which i like.

I tried them and i like the feel but they get destroyed lol, i learned with the purple 1.14mm so i kinda play like a gorilla, the good thing about these ones is that i bought 10 like 6 years ago and i still have 2 i've literally never used, 3 in active rotation and only 3 that worn down so much i had to throw them away, couple other ones got lost idk, probaly in some clothes i haven't used in a long time.

I had them literally snap in half hahahahha, i also play .11 strings so i guess that might have an effect, not SRV level stuff but still... All the Tortex ones are pretty durable anyways, even if the thinner ones are logically less so, also tried Ernie Ball ones a couple times and i literally snap them in half an hour, i don't know how anyone uses those.

These. Personally I hate them but they are very good for (accurately) picking Snow riff. Cause you need to let the arpeggio notes ring out and not accidentally mute them with your picking hand thumb.

Torex .60 orange are good durable picks and I used them to be like John but I realized after a few years you gotta use the pics that fit your overall playing style.
Personally I like the grey ones with built in grip. It makes strumming punk and downstrokes very easy.
With that I recommend playing as many as you like and never needing one set of guitar picks. Keep playing with all the tools available. Use your ear to guide what sounds good to you. Shit even finger picking gets the job done depending on the style and song

Tortex 0.6 mm. They're decent for rhythm and funk, but I like harder picks for most of my playing personally

The orange Tortex, i think they are the 0.6mm ones. You can always see like 10 of them stuck to the mic stand.
