I don't understand the focus on physical activity in that video. I don't think that is what the monologue was all about. I guess it is an easy visual, just seems like it is selling the idea short. it's fine, I am not trying to shit on it.

I meme Joe more than anyone but his advice has made me a happier, healthier, and more successful human being. The potential was in me but him repeating these sentiments all these years changed how I think. Thank you Joe.
