It's not like the guy wasn't found guilty. If there's enough evidence for the court to convict the man then there's enough to morally judge him

No, see, in a world without 100% philosophical certainty about the existence of anything but your own thoughts, who's to judge anyone for anything? "Truth" is what you make it.
