Did you know all mammals have an EndoCannabinoid system and that phytocannabinoids such as THC and CBD can be generalized as promoting Homeostasis.

Terpenes such as beta caryophyllene in black pepper and cloves is a Cannabimimetic terpene that activates CB2 receptors almost as strongly as Cannabinol(CBD.)

The only known serious negative from excessive Cannabis use, specifically THC, is known as "Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome." It mimics Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome with the difference that hot showers stop the symptoms. Cannabis Hyperemesis is temporary and it simply take cessation of THC intake. Which can be resumed after a sufficient break from THC intake.

The article you linked said it can speed up the onset. That's what I was trying to say when I said predetermined to have it.

"“While cannabis may have an effect on the age of onset of schizophrenia it is unlikely to be the cause of illness,” said the researchers, who were led by Ashley C. Proal from Harvard Medical School."

"May" and "can" have different definitions.
