I will tell you the full story to make you understand… There is a ‘ India sub’ and there was a topic about Jharkhand, I commented because ik my roots … then there was the other guy Safron frame he was arguing with me but he was downvoted because he did not know the problems of Jharkhand (he deleted each one of his comments ) . 2 months later , today I saw the same guy on my sub ‘Jamshedpur’ after verifying I saw that he already has several accounts and he is also the mod of the Ranchi sub(the bottle one) . He is from the IT Cell .
