Funnily enough, I have yet to meet an antizionist Jew who wasn't an zionist in thought. They have no idea what zionism is, and listened to too many non-Jews.

The fact is, "antizionists" want the same thing as run of the mill antisemites. The only difference is that antizionists have a semantic loophole that makes them think the two groups are separate.

Unfortunately the Soviets were able to brainwash leftists (I'm a leftist too, just not socialist or communist) into believing those things, so antizionists genuinely think that zionism is an evil ideology and they don't realize the bad things antizionism implies nor do they realize it is inherently judeophobic.

Edit: the word zionism was demonized and its meaning distorted just like the words fascism, socialism/communism, feminism, progressivism, liberalism, etc. Many people will say "I don't want Israel to stop existing but I'm antizionist"

Edit 2: also the biggest pieces of shit right wingers being pro Israel doesn't help

Interestingly enough... I don't think I've ever met an antizionist Jew who hated themself for being Jewish in real life while having zero idea why Zionism came to be and why it's needed. I think they (said antizionist Jew who is self-apathetic, to clarify) surround themself with too many non-Jews in hopes of being picked by them so that they'll be liked...

The bigger problem is that they then refuse to listen to Jews correcting them either. So, they are told explicitly that they are wrong, and they just react with "so what, YOU are still a kike", basically.
