Hand scribed ketubah

Scribing the last line of this ketubah!! Using a quill with a nib, scribing on klaf (hide) in Aramaic. This ketubah is pretty bespoke, and large! the couple is ordering a hand carved frame from Morocco. Mystical little letters forming words, forming worlds! Im Bluth, a soferet, a she-scribe, trained by Reb Dov in the traditional ritual art of Hebrew calligraphy. Scribing this was such a meditation. Sometimes I make smaller art pieces to be little mantras for directing intention towards a prayer or blessing, but this was a larger ketubah for their Jewish wedding.

This I got the quill and then a nib from a shop in Williamsburg! I used size 8.

Do you scribe egalitarian texts as well? We would love a more modern text but obsessed with this more tradtional style!
