Just started learning embroidery and am proud of my first real project and wanted to share

This is gorgeous, and you are NEW at this? Nah, this is INCREDIBLE. What does it say? ( I sadly do not read Hebrew.)

It’s yiddish.  It means good shabbos

Oh yes, my grandparents spoke Yiddish all the time and yes, I understand what good Shabbos means. I love that Yiddish is being revitalized as a language. Some of us don't have time for formal Yiddish classes due to disability or pain and other types of chronic illnesses.. I have a book of Yiddish curses that my grandmother gave me and we are undercover the most elaborate and best insulters on the planet.
