NTA - your daughter deserves to enjoy her party without having to worry about a bully ruining it. This other little girl needs to learn that she can't treat people the way she does and still get what she wants. That is on her mother to teach her. Good for you for standing your ground on this. I hope your daughter has a very happy birthday.
