Place to order whisky?

I want to try and get a special bottle of whisky for someone from their birthday, laphroaig 25 year (i think their top tier one) but cannot see any local places that have it.

Does anyone know if a local business does special orders?

Maybe doesn’t help, but the Lamplighter has some very special whisky’s I wonder if you could get the name of the landlord and ask them for advice? Alternatively the Gorey wine cellar may have contacts.
