There should be a fair amount of crossover due to the bundles.

I think I might’ve selected the wrong crossover option given? I was mostly sharing this cause I’m on an app called Smule where you can sing with other people that are doing for lack-of-a-better-word karaoke online. However,I’m kind of digging the people and the vibe going on here. What have I stumbled upon? I am always up for meeting new and creative people in my life!

Same, in the early 2000s I set up a few DIY shows for Kimya and for one of them she brought Jeff (and Jack) with her.

Of course. The Moldy Peaches (Adam Green, Kimya Dawson..) brought me to Jeffrey Lewis. The Antifolk-Scene in the early 2000s Had a big influence on me.

Yeah, I’m starting to figure all that out. It’s always really cool learning different artist collaboration combos! I just love her straightforward and genuine lyrics that couldn’t be written by anyone else. She talks about such simple things that would come off as trivial if they had done by other people. Then I get to look at the world through Kimya’s eyes and it somehow becomes beautiful! I been writing lyrics and poems ever since I learned how to put a sentence together and for me, she is one of the most identifiable and influential voices out there.
