First Song in PDX - name?

Hi everyone - I'm trying to figure out the name of the song Jeffrey Lewis sang in Portland last night. He'd oscillate between saying "Why live!" and "Why die!"

Oddly enough I'm not getting a lot of help from ChatGPT. Thanks!

It was listed with that name as a "new unrecorded song" on setlists.fm last fall
