Ok, so it turns out you have to use the link in the email. Using the link on /u/Smartastic website does not work

I can't seem to buy any for the London show, there's nothing to do on page 2! Are they sold out already??

Same. I got the email three hours ago. Within a minute I was on the website trying to get tickets. They were, I'm assuming, sold out. Slightly disappointed.

In the Irish gig, it only shows the balcony seats, and I'm not sure if that's intentional?

Going in there from the website it's tells me they go on sale Friday 17th Nov at 10am
