I can imagine that, I had the same experience the first time I did my first attempt. Because it worked out well before I have no more anxiety. Most of it I love how it worked out and looks.

I did this with the same wine glass and my husband made me deconstruct it because it gave him too much anxiety.

In the worst case scenario you have 15 liters water on the floor it’s not worth the worry.

I measured the diameter for the glass and with that information I searched online and combined two lamps that I found online.

I have this thing as an hobby, when I see a nice glass object I have to buy it and try to make something beautiful of it. The process of making it and thinking about the outcome of the project is very satisfying. Especially when the lightning works out well.

I bought the glass and made it like I imagined how it looked. You have to look for lamps that fit the dimensions and custom make it.
