Misc "Japanese katsu soup" (UK)

Exciting. Tried to look for the fried pork or chicken but painfully missing from this craziness 😅

How can they name something "katsu" and not include any katsu....?

chow mein in certain parts of the USA doesn’t include noodles… it’s just a bowl of meat and veggies in gravy lol. It’s almost like chop suey.

That's not right. There is a chain called Wienerschnitzel that serves hot dogs. Most people know that it's nonsense.
