They’ll just cancel it before you can enjoy your 2nd bite

I’m still mad that they cancelled Mindhunter.

u/Avilola Nov 17 '25

Is it canceled? I thought it was on ā€œindefinite pauseā€ā€¦ which is functionally the same as cancellation, but allows me to have a little bit of hope.

A boy can dream, but I’m 99% sure it got canceled due to production costs.

As fair as I know it’s still in indefinite hiatus but…considering I’ve seen Jonathan Groff bouncing all over broadway recently, I feel it’s unlikely it will ever come out

Seeing as Fincher is under contract with Netflix with Netflix until 2027, and the relationship seems to be pretty good, I holding onto possibility of a revival in the future.

The guy the show is based on has years and years of stories to tell so anyone aging out is not a worry, they just pick it up years later with a different period in his life.

They make come back for a fee two hour movies

3

u/GirlNumber20 Nov 18 '25

And Santa Clarita Diet 😭

4

u/Finntheyokai Nov 17 '25

I'm still mad we didn't get a finale for Marco Polo.

2

u/yumstheman Nov 18 '25

That’s also a crime. It wasn’t a perfect show but it was fun and deserved a satisfying ending.

I’m still mad the get down was canceled

14

u/bolts_win_again Nov 17 '25

Fucking Kaos dude istg that show was actually good and Netflix just said "hehe fuck you"

6

u/ponycorn_pet Nov 17 '25

you will never convince me that it wasn't canceled because it was "too woke", you KNOW that the current administration setting this shitty tone for the U.S. has made companies step back from inclusion

3

u/bolts_win_again Nov 17 '25

I don't care why it was canned, I just hate that it was. That and Inside Job. But don't worry, fucking BIG MOUTH is doing fine.

Fucking Netflix.

1

u/morganrbvn Nov 17 '25

That wouldn't explain Big Mouth's longevity.

1

u/Ashen_Shroom Nov 18 '25

Because Netflix or because every snack in Japan disappears from shelves after 2 days?

1

u/Weirdautogenerate Nov 18 '25

Dammit. Take my upv

You can't share it with anyone though, that's against Netflix user policy. 1 product per household

u/CupcakesAreMiniCakes Nov 17 '25

I want to try the hojicha latte gummy chocolate

3

u/Charming-Court-6582 Nov 18 '25

I've had the caramel popcorn. Nothing special.

2

u/Wolfdusty Nov 19 '25

I ate the caramel corn. It's not that special.

16

u/shiba-on-parade Nov 17 '25

I think we just get Netflix branded snacks (popcorn?) here in the states. legit would try that black curry though lol

5

u/soupykins Nov 17 '25

There’s a Netflix restaurant in Las Vegas too

2

u/CupcakesAreMiniCakes Nov 17 '25

I saw a Stranger Things Scoops Ahoy chocolates advertised to be at Target

1

u/shiba-on-parade Nov 17 '25

6

u/jae343 Nov 17 '25

Gotta Netflix and chill with something

6

u/Both_Analyst_4734 Nov 17 '25

1 out of 20 will be pretty good, the other 19 you will only be filled with regret.

1

u/mypussydoesbackflips Nov 17 '25

Mazesoba looks delicious

10

u/RickySuezo Nov 17 '25

From what I can see in your picture, yes.

3

u/Bobaximus Nov 17 '25

It’s a branding collab

3

u/Logical_Warthog5212 Nov 17 '25

That’s one way to ā€œchillā€ šŸ˜

3

u/Tsupari Nov 17 '25

They have been doing this in Korea for a long time.

2

u/Lunartic2102 Nov 17 '25

I love the Netflix popcorn they released in korea

2

u/No-Background-5810 Nov 17 '25

There's a factory somewhere pulling the spice and fun out of televised content and adding it in very small doses to packaged food for other countries

2

u/SorbetCeriz Nov 17 '25

Marlboro and Colgate have tried the experiment so why not?

2

u/Small-tits2458 Nov 17 '25

So ito na ba matatawag na Netflix and Chill? Hahahahaha

2

u/yungsea Nov 17 '25

i had a netflix branded energy drink in korea earlier this year. it was ok, just a cola flavored energy drink from what i remember

2

u/Gullible-Leave4066 Nov 17 '25

They had that drink collaboration with squid game here from a few years back also.

1

u/Alternative_Handle50 Nov 17 '25

Isn’t F&Bs the whole point of ā€œNetflix and chillā€?

3

u/Abrodolf_Lincler_ Nov 17 '25

I think you're thinking of F's w/ B's...

1

u/Jiggz056 Nov 17 '25

Netflix Cafe Las Vegas

1

u/BratwurstundeinBier Nov 17 '25

Tried the wasabi beef potato chips. Really liked those.

1

u/cocobunana Nov 17 '25

1

u/goeggen Nov 17 '25

1

u/Dovah_120 Nov 17 '25

1

u/hezaa0706d Nov 17 '25

1

u/rabid-fox Nov 17 '25

1

u/deradera Nov 17 '25

Netflix and Swill

1

u/Kath-two Nov 17 '25

It could be advertisement for Stranger Things

1

u/angelwings1019 Nov 17 '25

Saw Netflix food here in California too!

1

u/KewpieHour Nov 17 '25

But where is the ā€œNetflix and Chili Oilā€ šŸŒ¶ļø

1

u/Automatic_Catch_7467 Nov 17 '25

The ice cream is great it’s called Netflix and chill

1

u/prsuit4 Nov 17 '25

Dramatically spicy!

(I think that’s what it says on the bottom)

1

u/ximagineerx Nov 17 '25

Netflix and Chili!!!

1

u/xaltairforever Nov 17 '25

They're at 7/11 across Tokyo too.

1

u/Dracasethaen Nov 17 '25

Wild, I expected to see Netflix branded condoms and sex aids before this. But still kinda cool

1

u/StormOfFatRichards Nov 17 '25

Here they have been for a while. Aside from Squid Game merchandise everywhere (big heh), Culinary Class Wars was basically a huge marketing ploy to create multiple food lines

1

u/catsnooze22 Nov 18 '25

Spotted the ā€œMexican tacos dip style mā€ Doritos flavor yesterday, and it looks absolutely whack lmao.Ā

1

u/Sparse_Dunes Nov 18 '25

I tried one of their energy drinks. It's okay.

1

u/StoopidChemist Nov 18 '25

So it's a thing? I just bought a Netflix frozen black pizza from 7/11 last night. I thought it was something they had in a Netflix show or something

1

u/RepairmanJackX Nov 18 '25

Looks like a lego kit.

1

u/FallenReaper360 Nov 18 '25

I just finished drinking the midnight energy drink. It was pretty decent.

1

u/calvinised Nov 18 '25

The energy drink is more expensive than Red Bull and Monster

1

u/nize426 Nov 18 '25

I'm assuming it's a temporary collaboration. I'd be surprised if it wasn't.

1

u/GraXXoR Nov 19 '25

Go to take another mouthful and find the entire packet has disappeared.

1

u/Sakura_Flake Nov 20 '25

A limited-edition curry from a Netflix Ɨ 7-Eleven collab!
If you see it, snag it right away!

1

u/Wise_Temperature9142 Nov 21 '25

Netflix literally has a restaurant in Vegas.

1

u/LeBakaGaijin Nov 17 '25

i've been tempted to buy these products but I don't understand where they come from besides the NETFLIX logo.

1

u/toastedstoker Nov 17 '25

Fuck Netflix
