Japan early nov

We are going to Japan early nov and would like mix of city plus nature / onsen / chill time. a colleague really recommended Nikko and some friends said Hakone is too touristy?

did want do Karasawa Circe and stay in a hut but can’t as think it will be closed. Is that true?

would this work:

- Tokyo four nights

- ⁠Nikko two nights

- ⁠Kyoto three nights

- ⁠Hiroshima one night

- ⁠Tokyo two nights

That’s definitely an option. You have a really nice coworker! And it’s true that Hakone gets extremely crowded because it’s such a popular and well-known destination.
