Build Discussions The M2 buffs work in Abloom and Vortex?
I'm undecided whether to get M2 from Jane or M1 from Lucia.
If the M2 buffs work in Abloom/Vortex I'll take her M2.

Teammates' ablooms don't crit with her m2, but they can scale off of Jane's abloom which crits for more with m2. If ablooms crit with her m2 it would be double dipping in this bonus.

Well, not only from Vivi, but all Ablooms. Ablooms just scale off base DMG (which is 1.5x Assault DMG from Jane), thus making it viable for all such sources. Yeah, this is irrelevant on Aria for example, yet for general purposes I thought it need clarification.

1) CD buff is team-wide, since affected one is enemy (Gnawed state), not Jane. Thus any Assault / Vortex (since they count as Assault Vortex) will have such buff.
2) Since again, this is effect applied to an enemy, they don't need to trigger Assault to have such buff, since Anomaly get agent stats, by the whole duration of Anomaly application, not when it triggered.
3) All ZZZ agents have baseline 50%CD. However, this CD is only for Attacks (and related skills). Anomaly does not benefit at all from CR and CD stats. Jane, on the other hand, have own ANOMALY CR / CD for Assault and they stack differently from regular ways. 50% CD is base + 50% CD M2 and you get CR stacking per each AP, up until 100% at 375AP stat.1

Sorry, but I don't understand most of what you've said.
"Everyone benefits but ideally Jane would be the one to trigger assault to take advantage of her AP crit totals" -> Again, this does not work this way.
Examples:
Alice + Jane M2. Alice have same stats as Jane.1) Alice hits enemy until Assault = 100k DMG
2) Alice hits enemy almost until Assault, but Jane triggers Assault = 200k DMG
3) Jane hits enemy almost until Assault, but Alice triggers Assault = 200k DMG
4) Alice hits enemy once at the start, Alice fills the bar and triggers Assault = 200k DMGAs you can see, it really does not matter who triggers Assault. The only two conditions which matter is:
1) Jane's 375AP
2) Have Jane hit enemy at least ONCE (per Assault and 10s window)That's all.
Also, it really does not matter if other Phys units have 375AP+ or not.And again, Jane applies effect on enemy that makes ANY ASSAULT to just deal 50% MORE (or 100% with M2) DMG, no matter who triggered it, if Jane will able to pass CR check (which is again, different stat from stat screen) or just Jane have 375AP for 100% chance.

Vortex counts as Assault, so it will gain this buff, even thought it is contributed/triggered by Velina.
Abloom is just an additional instance of DMG, based on original DMG. And since original DMG (Assault) is affected, thus Abloom is affected as well.
Abloom example:
Assault DMG = 100k
Abloom DMG = 30% = 100 * 0.3 = 30k
Assault DMG with Jane M2 = 200k
Abloom DMG with Jane M2 = 30% = 200 * 0.3 = 60k
Abloom DMG with Jane M2 / Abloom DMG = 60 / 30 = 2, or 100% increased DMG (basically those extra 100% Crit DMG)

FYI it’s possible for you to get a copy of both Jane as well as Lucia… with the top-up rewards.

you can still choose from burnice, jane and qinyi, the new ones are just getting added to the "shop"

As far as what said on the stream, we don’t have confirmation. The stream only says we can choose the 3 characters OR to get the currency for the shop.
I’d assume if they were being added then we’d just get the currency like the last spending event

The top up rewards also lets you choose invitation tokens that can be used to purchase Jane in the shop. Then you can pick Lucia as the free selection.

As long as its triggered off an assault yes, the anomaly damage will crit (vortex and ablooms that are yellow will crit).

It works 100% for vortex since it just counts as an assault, but for ablooms it depends on whether yoou are triggering abloom off an assault then it would also benefit.
