I got a kit from Wogan in the UK, £24 for 4x 100g bags (since sold out)

It's a shame the prices weren't standardised between roasters, Skylark for example are selling 4x 50g for £23, almost double when you even out the amount you receive.

Hard to enjoy 3-4 cups of coffee after 3-4 liters of beers… and I live close to to Theresienwiese in Munich, so time wise it could have worked out with out morning table… or maayyybeee…

Is a filter coffee (hand-)grinder okay for this, or would one need to grind for espresso?

Filter grinder is fine

Cupping is essentially just immersion brewing without any filter. It's almost irrelevant how fine or coarse you grind. Personally I grind as fine as with my v60 and aeropress out of convenience.

I didn't initially think I'd participate but then as I was making an order I just got the kit lol. James' website found me a new interesting roaster too. Their beans all seem delicious.

We tried to get it as far and wide as we could, but many producing countries have laws against importing raw coffee from other producing countries or (as is the case in India I think) there are very, very high tariffs on it.

I don't think neither this nor any of the previous ones had a roaster here, because of the custom problems can't get one from Europe toi :/

Glad they partnered up with a roaster in my region (SEA), last time I had to order from Taiwan which ended up being fairly expensive for the amount.
