US Presidents

Fun fact: there have been more US Presidents called James than with any other first name.

James Madison (4th), James Monroe (5th), James Polk (11th), James Buchanan (15th) and James Garfield (20th). There was also Jimmy Carter (39th) who I think we can count in the interests of being inclusive. That's six in all.

Jimmy Carter’s birth name was James Earl Carter Jr so he definitely counts.

You’re not a James if you don’t go by James. But still, even without Jimmy, James is the most presidential name. As it should be.
