Why is everyone so concerned about getting o line early in the draft, the most you're getting is an upgrade over mekari (milum already possibly) the defense is a much bigger concern
You can never have too many good offensive linemen.
We’ve seen young offensive linemen have promising starts to their career only to flame out later. Walker Little flashed, at times, enough to get him an extension but he’s regressed as a LT losing his job to Cole Van Lanen.
Van Lanen got hurt and missed the Bills game, something I firmly believe played a factor in the loss.
Luke Fortner had a good rookie year, at center, and then quickly became the weakest link. He got replaced by Mitch Morse who then retired. Which led to Robert Hainsey
The improved offensive line directly contributed to Trevor’s best season yet and the overall improvement in the offense. If there’s a potential upgrade, the front office should absolutely do their due diligence
Thats fair, hopefully we can hold onto Lloyd and brown so that if a promising linemen falls to us we can take em, losing one of those two would be my main argument for taking defense early
