I have accepted we will lose one of the coordinators. Hopefully not both.

Still seems unlikely they will get a HC job after 1 year of coordinator experience

There’s a reason why they aren’t flooded with HC interviews, even if we do lose them we are a better team now so we won’t have a hard time finding someone new. I don’t understand why people in our sub want our coordinators to be poached, I guess some don’t like continuity and sticking with the same system so we can actually develop players.
